Any Other Questions with… Isaac Gracie

Isaac Gracie tackles this month’s daft queries.

This month, Isaac Gracie runs the gauntlet of our random, stupid queries.

Hello. How are you?
I’m alright thanks, very tired.

Tell us a secret about yourself.
I actually like Mondays!

What’s your favourite thing about being a musician?
I love playing shows. I love mixing it up too. Sometimes I’m on my own, and other times I’m with my band.

Which defunct band would you most like to reform?
A band called The Middle East, they broke up just as I found them, which sucked…

What is your most treasured possession?
Probably my crucifix. I got given it when I finished my time with the choir, and I’ve never taken it off since.

When’s your birthday?
28th October 1994.

How tall are you?
Six foot one, six four in heels.

What’s your biggest accomplishment?
Doing this interview, probably.

What strength Nandos sauce do you order?
I’ve progressed from mild to medium! I’m starting to get into spice, but it’s slow progress.

If you could win a lifetime supply of anything, what would you choose?
Capos probably, they always go missing!

What was the first record you bought?
Pretty sure it was The Eminem Show. Great record, that.

How punk are you out of ten?
Last time I consulted it I was a solid 6.3 on the punk’ometer.

What was the last thing you broke?
My 1965 mustang at a show in Amsterdam, fool that I am…

What’s your biggest fear?
Spiders.

What do you do for fun?
Watch movies, drink.

Do you believe in aliens?
Not usually.

If you won the lottery, what would you spend the cash on?
I’d probably try renting out Wembley just so I can say I’ve played there.

Have you ever fallen over onstage?
Yeah multiple times, and I tie myself up with cables so I can hardly move almost every night…

Who would play you in a movie of your life?
Joaquin Phoenix, always Joaquin Phoenix.
