Well, well. Here we are. This week our jukebox is full to bursting, with new tunes from Sundara Karma, Bleachers, Matt Maltese, and Eat Fast – not to mention the 100% certified banger ‘Rose-Coloured Boy’ from our old pals Paramore.
Speaking of pals, it’s been a good week for teamwork, with Calvin Harris collaborating with Future and Khalid, Mount Kimbie joining forces with Micachu, and Chase & Status tagging in for Blossoms. Even Ten Tonnes made a couple of new mates in his video for ‘Born to Lose’… although they were of the reptile variety. Still, a new friend’s a new friend, right?
We also got new videos from Fleet Foxes, Nadine Shah, Honeyblood and Girlpool, on top of that ‘cakey-eatey’ clip from this month’s cover star Marika Hackman. Sheer Mag announced their debut album, Baio broke news of his second record, and YOWL sound-tracked late night depravity with their new tune ‘My Headache Likes to Talk’. AND we’re getting tours from Fickle Friends and Hurray For the Riff Raff.
