Manchester will host a new multi-venue music event later this year. Taking place on 4th November, Off The Record has a focus on new music and innovative ideas, with a line up hosting showcase performances by thirty as-yet-unannounced emerging artists.
Each of the acts has been nominated by a long list of industry professionals, including Elbow’s Guy Garvey, Huw Stephens and Frank Turner, who each put forward three for consideration. There are also a number of panels at the event, including keynote speakers Everything Everything (pictured) in conversation with DJ and writer Dave Haslam.
