Following on from a year that has already seen The 1975 become one of the definitive pop bands our time – they’ve now announced plans to close out the year in style with a massive show at London’s O2 Arena.
Taking place on December 16th, it’s sure to be a crowning moment for the neon-pop kings, celebrating the transatlantic success of recent album ‘I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It’ (‘ILIWYSFYASBYSUAOI’ isn’t catchy enough? – Ed), a catalogue of stunning festival shows in the pipeline this summer and a live spectacle that finally gets the arena stage it deserves.
It’s going to be something special indeed. Presale tickets are a-go from Wednesday whilst the rest of us will have to wait for the full shebang come Friday morning (10th).
