The 1975’s George Daniel has had a bit of an accident, ruling him out of shows for “a few weeks.”
Tweeting about the news, frontman Matt Healy explained the drummer “can’t play shows for a bit”, but confirmed “we’re not gonna cancel shows”.
“Our friend will play drums,” Healy revealed, “but you prob won’t be able to see him like a ghost in the back.”

Meanwhile, The 1975’s manager Jamie Oborne explains George picked up the injury slipping while getting off the tour bus.
