Alcopop! Records have put together summer sampler, containing tracks from all of the releases they’ve put out so far this year.
‘The Spirit of ’82…’ includes cuts from DZ Deathrays, itoldyouiwouldeatyou, Youth Man, The Spook School, Tigercub, Kississippi and more, and is also accompanied by a pay-what-you-want t-shirt by artist Rhi Lee.
Commenting on the release, label boss Jack Clothier says: “We’ve had a bloody wonderful year so far, so we want to showcase all the amazing acts we’ve had the privilege of working with in 2018. A pay what you want compilation seemed the right idea, but Alcopop! being Alcopop! we really wanted to add something physical to the mix.”
