Arcade Fire gave their first North American performance in two years on Friday at NYC’s Panorama Music Festival. After completing the 19 song set, they did what only Arcade Fire could do; perform a parade through the crowd with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band performing unplugged versions of ‘Rebel Rebel’, ‘Heroes’ and many more in honour of the late, great David Bowie.
This isn’t the first time Arcade Fire have done such a thing. Back in January they honoured him similarly with another second line parade in New Orleans, along with thousands of Bowie fans dressed as the Thin White Duke.
