Bad Sounds have treated one of Ardyn’s fizzing alt-pop bangers with some of their remix magic – have a listen to the newly reimagined version of ‘Together’ below, first on Dork.
“Our friends Bad Sounds have dipped our song in a bucket of disco glitter and made it sound groovy as heck,” say Ardyn. “Give it a listen.”
“We’ve always wanted to do remixes and work with other artists,” add Bad Sounds. “We’re both obsessed with Fatboy Slim’s golden Era of remixes (Cornershop, Beastie Boys, Groove Armada) we love how he put his production stamp on the tracks rather than extended dance mixes etc and when we did a show with Ardyn, Ewan and I both got super excited by Katy’s voice and spent the drive home talking about how we could fit it into our sound.”
Gloucester-based brother and sister duo, Ardyn are at loads of festivals over the summer, including Bluedot, Village Green, Samphire, Citadel, Truck, Kendal Calling, 110 Above and Field View. They also have a headline show planned at Hoxton hall, on 13th June.
