Bat For Lashes has announced her return with a new album.
‘The Bride’, Natasha Kahn’s follow up to 2012’s ‘The Haunted Man’, is set for release on July 1st. It comes along a new song ‘In God’s House’, which you can stream below.
The album is described as following “the story of a woman whose fiancé has been killed in a crash on the way to the church for their wedding. The Bride flees the scene to take the honeymoon trip alone, resulting in a dark meditation on love, loss, grief, and celebration. “
Kahn will perform ‘The Bride’ in a series of shows in churches, with attendees encouraged to wear wedding and formal attire. You can find them below.
