Bleachers confirm new album ‘Gone Now’, set to land on June 2nd

The full tracklisting and details were unveiled by Jack Antonoff himself on the ‘ol Twitter

Get ready for the anthem-filled pop album of the summer, Bleachers are primed and ready with new album ‘Gone Now’ lined up and set to land on June 2nd.

After delivering the knockout-sized hooks of lead number ‘Don’t Take The Money’, Jack Antonoff has used Twitter (as you do), to reveal details of the hotly anticipated follow-up to Bleachers’ debut ‘Strange Desire’ – lining up the full tracklisting and more details of what’s to come.

Speaking about the record, Jack explained in a series of tweets how ‘Gone Now’ is “work I’ve been making for the past 2 years in a small studio I built in my apartment. [It] was very important to me to be alone in my home space where I could not escape the weight of my life and what I needed to write about.”

“The album sounds exactly what it was – someone alone in a room trying to make sense of loss and how to move on. There is also an amazing cast of friends and idols who pop in for moments or send me things.”

With more information on “everything later I guess”, it’s clear now that we’re living in a Bleachers world, and there’s only one destination that our mate Jack is heading in.
