Cat Princess debut their new single, ‘Fly On Your Wall’

Brb, we’re off to buy a fly zapper…

Swedish quintet Cat Princess release their new single ‘Fly On Your Wall’ tomorrow, 23rd January via Rama Lama Records.

You don’t have to wait until then to hear their latest slice of addictive 80s-influenced pop about a creepy stalker, though – it’s streaming below.

“The recording of the song went surprisingly smooth even though the circumstances were pretty chaotic, with chaotic meaning we were all (even the producer) very, very hungover,” the band explain.

“Isabelle and Robert even had to brake in to Robin’s apartment to get him out of bed. Ever since we wrote it, like 8 months ago it’s been our favourite song to play live.

“It’s like our own take on the classic loud/quite/loud thing The Pixies do creepy verse and crazy chorus.”

Cat Princess will play Sebright Arms in London on 3rd February, alongside label mates Steve Buscemi’s Dreamy Eyes.
