The xx have unveiled a fresh new video for ‘Say Something Loving’ – celebrating the sights, sounds and people that make up London.
The clip jumps through a range of different individuals and shots of the city, capturing skating, bus journeys and late-night lasers all into one cracking love letter to ‘ol LDN.
Speaking about the track, the band said in a statement that they “wanted to celebrate our home town and revisit the places that reminds us of our friendship when we were growing up.”
The track itself comes hot off the release of third studio album ‘I See You’ back in January, one which stormed straight around the world and one we keep playing over and over in the Dork office. The xx are currently in the midst of their UK tour – which kicked off over the weekend in Nottingham and Manchester, with the trio embarking on the first of seven nights at London’s Brixton Academy tonight (March 8th). The band will then return later in the year to headline this year’s Bestival.
