Chance The Rapper, Twenty One Pilots and David Bowie all win big at this year’s Grammys

‘Music’s Biggest Night’ saw a whole heap of things, mainly Adele scooping most of the awards

The Grammys was once again the star studded affair last night (February 12th), with the likes of Chance The Rapper, Twenty One Pilots and David Bowie all scooping awards alongside Adele, who once again cleared house in the awards’ biggest categories.

Across the almost three and a half hour show, Adele picked up five awards – including the big three of Album Of The Year, Record Of The Year and Song Of The Year. David Bowie posthumously picked up five awards too – with big wins for Chance The Rapper too, scooping Best New Artist as a part of his three Grammy wins in total.

Twenty One Pilots had arguably the greatest award-accepting moment of the night, picking up the Grammy for Pop Duo/Group Performance by taking their trousers off and standing on stage – reminiscing how years ago when they sat watching the Grammys at home, they promised they’d do this if they ever won.

Aside from the awards, the night packed some massive punches – with performances from the likes of Beyonce, Metallica and Lady Gaga, The Weeknd teaming up with Daft PunkA Tribe Called Quest slamming things with Anderson .Paak, Busta Rhymes and Consequence for a politically charged set and Chance The Rapper jumping on stage for a glorious medley of stormers from latest LP ‘Colouring Book’.

The night also saw stunning tributes to both Prince and George Michael, with Bruno Mars teaming up with The Time for a show-stealing performance for Prince – whilst Adele delivered a chilling take on George Michael’s ‘Fastlove’.

So basically, the show was massive, there were massive performances and everything is just massive.
