Dave Grohl has written a letter to help a teenage metal band from Cornwall who have been asked by their local council to stop rehearsing in their garage.
Black Leaves of Envy have been told to keep their sound to 30 or 40 decibels, which isn’t exactly practical for a metal band. That means they’ve been unable to practice for the last three months.
