Guitarist Jim Ward has departed the reformed At The Drive-In, just days before they head out on tour.
The band posted a statement to Facebook, reading: “As our ship prepares for voyage, we announce that Jim Ward will not be joining us on future journeys. We wish him well and are excited to see you soon.”
The news has upset some fans. “Not ATDI then, this station is not operational,” writes one. “Pretty shady to sell a whole tour out and announce a week before it starts that a key member isn’t part of it,” offers another.
