Remember July 20th 2016, when everyone lost their shit about a cryptic video from My Chemical Romance and proceeded to prepare for a reunion tour. We remember those days like they were yesterday.
Everyone got a bit ahead of themselves. Because that reunion isn’t happening.
Taking to Twitter this evening (July 21st) the band confirmed that there isn’t a reunion or tour in the works, but a special release to commemorate the 10th anniversary of seminal album ‘The Black Parade’

It comes after a manic 24 hours that saw the below teaser video triggering many-a flashback to a time where everyone dyed their hair black and ‘The Black Parade’ smashed all over the charts, even boasting a number one single in the shape of ‘Welcome To The Black Parade’.
Let’s remember that, and see what on earth is in store for the special release this September.
