Girl Ray are a band that like to make an impression. Not only have they delivered a prime quality banger but they’ve also shown off their acting chops in their new video for ‘Stupid Things’.
Featuring the North London trio indulging in all their cinematic fantasies the clip was shot over the course of a weekend in Cambridge with director Alex Cantouris.
Speaking about the video, Poppy Hankin said, “We’d always thought a period drama influenced music video would be really fun to film. So, we decided to get our Keira Knightley on and do a WWII romance.” Click play below to see for yourself.
In addition to their new single Girl Ray have also announced their biggest headline show yet at London’s Scala on 9th November. Yep, we know that’s ages away but, y’know, stick it in your diary.
