Glass Animals have debuted another new track from their forthcoming album ‘How To Be A Human Being’.
Titled ‘Youth’, it got a first spin via NPR, and you can check it out below. The full length is set for release on August 26th.
Speaking to Dork, frontman Dave Bayley explained: “There’s a song called ‘Youth’ on the album that’s an incredibly sad story that someone told me, but she told me with such an optimism, and a look of peace and resolve about the whole situation on her face. She was almost smiling when she told this story. Even though it’s probably one of the saddest things I’ve ever heard, it’s how she told it. So I tried to push that into the music, and then have a darker story behind it”
Like the other tracks from ‘How To Be A Human Being’, there’s a video featuring the characters from the album’s artwork. Hooking up with the already revealed clip for ‘Life Itself’, you can watch that below.
