Glass Animals screen ‘Season 2 Episode 3’ video + announce March UK tour

There’s even a mobile game coming too. That’s right – a game on ya phone

Glass Animals are continuing their massive year by unveiling a fresh new video for ‘Season 2 Episode 3’, lifted from the soaring new album ‘How To Be A Human Being’.

We’ve all laid on sofas (it’s one of our favourite past-times), but has yours suddenly sent you into a video game where you’re chucking fruit and all sorts? We can all hope and dream eh!

Speaking about the track, frontman Dave Bayley said:

“Season 2 Episode 3 is about that person we all know who sits around all day playing video games, bingeing on Netflix, ordering uber eats, smoking and basically doing NOTHING.”

“I wanted the video to push that idea further. To visualise her world, and then to visualise that feeling we get when we’ve gone too far and spent too much time on a computer and you try to hit ‘undo’ in real life, or when you watch too much Narcos and you start to think everyone around you is a Colombian drug smuggler.”

Now we may not be Colombian drug smugglers, but that very video game will be playable in the real world with the band producing their very own app, set for release at the end of October. So not only have you got the music, the video but a cracking game too. The whole package we think…

And they’re not done yet.

With a sold out run of shows lined up at the end of October, Glass Animals have announced a new run of UK tour dates to take place next March, tying around their previously announced Brixton Academy show on March 16th. Calling into Edinburgh, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol, Manchester and more – there really isn’t a reason to miss these guys!
