Guitar pop newcomer Devon drops his debut single ‘Weirdo’

Gloucester-based indie popper Devon has shared his debut single, ‘Weirdo’.

It’s super jangly guitar pop about – you guessed it – not quite fitting in, and the arsehats who criticise you for it.

“The song, pulled from past experiences, is a rant directed at the types of people that judge others for being different,” says Devon.

“It’s about being yourself and ignoring that rowdy group of lads in the club that all wear polos tucked into chino shorts with boat shoes and no show socks, jacked up from gym and starting on you when they get bored – you being the outlet for their anger towards those who are different to their norms.”
