Toothless, the new project headed up by Ed Nash of Bombay Bicycle Club, has revealed the fresh official video for latest single ‘The Sirens’.
Capturing a blissful run of days on Ibiza, and everything that may or may not come with it, the clip certainly reminds us of all the times we’ve woken up handcuffed in a dessert. And that’s A LOT of times.
Speaking about the track to The Independent, Nash said:
“I’ve always thought it incredibly important for the visuals (both videos and artwork) to reflect what is happening with the music. For this video, I wanted to do a modern take on the idea of the Sirens, the idea of temptation and wanting to give into it at your disadvantage”
‘The Sirens’ is the latest single to emerge from Toothless, boasting a special appearance from folk soothers The Staves and sitting as the follow-up to his debut release ‘Palm’s Backside’ – which was released earlier in the year and featured it’s own guest appearance from Marika Hackman.
Toothless’ only confirmed live appearance in the coming months is set for a special co-headline show at London’s Scala with fellow Dork favourites Blaenavon.
