Here’s what Oasis’ ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’ would have sounded like with Liam Gallagher on vocals

Someone has spliced together his a capella rendition from Glastonbury with the original track.

Thanks to yesterday’s Glastonbury set, we finally know what it would have sounded like if Liam Gallagher had taken the vocal on Oasis’ ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’.

Originally sung by older brother Noel, Liam performed the track a capella as the final song in his set, leaving the chorus to the Other Stage crowd. Thanks to some clever internet type, we can now see what it would be like with the full Oasis backing.

Noel’s vocals are still included for the chorus, but now, over 20 years on, we finally know that ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’ with Liam Gallagher on vocals sounds, y’know, sort of exactly how we’d imagine. Who would have thought it?
