‘Neighborhood Watch’ is a surprise release for Halloween, and comes hours ahead of their ‘House of Horror After Party’ at Los Angeles’ Ace Hotel tonight. We probably should have expected some kind of spooky Halloween surprise from a band called ‘horror’, to be perfectly honest. But hey, hindsight is 20/20, right?
