James Iha re-uintes with Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamerblin for three quarters Smashing Pumpkins reuinion

The band performed songs from 1993’s ‘Siamese Dream’ on Iha’s 48th birthday.

Smashing Pumpkins founding member James Iha reunited with the band for the first time in nearly sixteen years last night.

The guitarist appeared alongside frontman Billy Corgan, original drummer Jimmy Chamerblin, Jeff Schroeder and current touring members Katie Cole and Sierra Swan and a Los Angeles show, playing songs from 1993’s ‘Siamese Dream’.

Performing ‘Mayonaise,’ ‘Soma,’ ‘Rocket,’ ‘Spaceboy,’ ‘Today,’ ‘Whir,’ and ‘Disarm’, Corgan also presented Iha with a 48th birthday cake.
