The Julie Ruin are planning to release their second album this summer.
The band, featuring Kathleen Hanna, her former Bikini Kill bandmate Kathi Wilcox, Kiki and Herb’s Kenny Mellman, Carmine Covelli, and Sara Landeau, will release ‘Hit Reset’ – the follow up to 2013’s debut ‘Run Fast’ – on July 8th via Hardly Art.
The announcement comes alongside the first single from the full-length, titled “I Decide’. It comes alongside a lyric video featuring Waxahatchee’s Katie Crutchfield, filmed during SXSW. You can check it out below.
