Kesha has requested a second opinion on her legal battle with Dr. Luke.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the singer filed court papers earlier today (March 21st) asking a New York appellate court to overturn the judge’s recent ruling in her case.
New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich rejected Kesha’s request for a preliminary injunction that would have blocked Dr. Luke from preventing her signing to another label while the the case unfolds.
However, her lawyer Mark Geragos argues in the latest filing that when the judge found Kesha “could record without interference,” the ruling passed down prevents just that.
