Laura Marling and Tuung’s Mike Lindsay are a right old LUMP

It’s the name of their new project. We’re not being rude.

Laura Marling and Tuung’s Mike Lindsay are teaming up for a new project.

Titled LUMP, the duo are set to release a self-titled debut album on 1st June via Dead Oceans.

The pair teamed up after meeting in 2016, after Lindsay was introduced to Marling followinga Neil Young support slot in London. The first track from the release, ‘Curse Of The Contemporary’, is streaming now. You can check out the video for that below.

LUMP will tour the record later this year. After a set at London’s Rough Trade East on 1st June, they’ll play two sets at each date in Hebden Bridge, Manchester and London, before appearing at Cardiff’s Festival of Voice on 8th June. They’ll then appear at Bristol’s Rough Trade the following dat.
