Let’s Eat Grandma have stopped dining on their relatives long enough to debut another new track.
‘Rapunzel’ is described as inspired by “the original Grimms fairytales, as well as from the real life story of Genie, a girl who was abused by her father and kept in solitary confinement for the first 13 years of her life.”
So that’s cheery.
The song is taken from ‘I, Gemini’, Rosa Walton and Jenny Hollingworth’s debut album. The teenage duo recorded the full-length in the former nuclear bunker Old School Studios in their native Norwich, with a release prepped for 17th June via Transgressive.
