Lana Del Rey has more leaked songs than she has legitimately released songs.
The latest one to have surfaced on the internet is ‘BBM Baby’, and yes, it’s about Blackberry Messenger. The super synthpop anthem was produced by New York muso Penguin Prison back in 2011.
In an interview with Filter¸the producer, whose real name is Chris Glover, said “She came over and we worked on a song a while ago. It was called BBM Baby, I guess it was about her Blackberry Messenger.”“I met her like two years ago and hung out with her a bunch in London and New York. She’s funny, she’s a very entertaining person to hang out with, and she has a wonderful singing voice.”
