The National have released their cover of ‘Maybe Not’ by Cat Power.
The band recorded the cover for Spotify Singles, and also played a live version of their track ‘Carin At the Liquor Store’ from their latest record ‘Sleep Well Beast’. The National’s version of ‘Maybe Not’ is kind of eerie, with the gentle piano riff playing off of Matt Berninger’s haunting vocal.
