If we were to do a list of anticipated albums for 2017 (and we are), we’re pretty confident that Lorde’s second album would rank pretty damn high up the list. She knows it too.
Just last week, she was updating us with the news that it would be out “not tomorrow, or even next month realistically, but soon.” Now, she’s building up the anticipation again. Sort of.
Posting to Twitter, with a photo of a pair of standard issue Apple ear buds, she explained that she likes to “listen to the record on these every day”.
“Wanna hear it exactly how you will,” she adds, assuming we’re all too lazy to go out and buy anything better. Which, let’s face it, most of us are.
