Lorde unveils the ‘Melodrama’ era on Saturday Night Live

New Zealand’s finest tore through ‘Green Light’ and ‘Liability’ on the ‘ol tellybox

Whilst we were all stuck watching Casualty last night, Saturday night telly in the US had a far bigger scoop – with Lorde returning to give live airings of new stormers ‘Green Light’ and ‘Liability’.

Dropping some serious moves in the process, Lorde ripped through the shimmering (banger-fied) ‘Green Light’ before being joined by collaborator/Bleachers main man Jack Antonoff for a striking version of latest cut ‘Liability’

All in all, it points towards a bloody exciting few months ahead – with hotly anticipated new album ‘Melodrama’ set to land on June 16th. With a string of festival appearances confirmed around the globe, it’s only a matter of time before Lorde sets her sights on the UK (hence why we’ve already got a survival pack set up at the door so we can dart straight to the front as soon as we hear a peep).
