Loyle Carner announces debut album ‘Yesterday’s Gone’ + drops new track ‘The Isle Of Arran’

Expect more raw rhymes from the most exciting name in UK hip-hop

How shall we kick off the new year? With an album full of uncompromising and stunning British hip-hop? Well that’s a reality now, with Loyle Carner confirming that his debut album ‘Yesterday’s Gone’ will land on January 20th.

Set to include the already released fire of ‘Ain’t Nothing Changed’, ‘No CD’, ‘Stars & Shards’ and ‘Florence’ – expect a collection of incredibly honest and potent hip-hop that’ll have you ready to cry, laugh, jump around and sing-along all at the same time.

Loyle has marked the release by dropping fresh new number ‘The Isle Of Arran’, a gripping tale of loss, life and grief that grabs you by the heart and refuses to let go. Debuted as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record In The World, its sky-high gospel chorus is the sort that’ll have hands in the air on Loyle’s upcoming UK headline tour.

After selling out London’s KOKO last year, Loyle Carner will head out around the country in February, bringing ‘Yesterday’s Gone’ to nights in Glasgow, Newcastle, Dublin, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Plymouth and Birmingham amongst others – before finishing up with two huge nights at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire on February 17th + 18th.
