‘Summer 08’ is set for release on July 1st. The follow-up to 2014’s ‘Love Letters’, it’s named after the last summer main-man Joseph Mount had free, apparently.

The track comes alongside a new track, ‘Old Skool’, featuring Mix Master Mike. Debuted on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show as her Hottest Record, you can check out the video – featuring famous types like Sharon Horgan off of being funny on the telly in loads of things, and Ben Crompton from Game Of Thrones – below.

“I started recording last year, at the end of our touring ‘Love Letters’,” Mount explained “I kind of had two weeks to go and do as much as I could. It’s a pretty upbeat record. It’s the most fun thing I’ve done in a fun time.”
