Metz have announced details of a new album, the follow up to 2015’s ‘II’.
Due for release on 22nd September via SubPop, ‘Strange Peace’ is their third full-length and comes preceded by the single ‘Cellophane’.
“The songs on Strange Peace are about uncertainty,” vocalist Alex Edkins explains. “They’re about recognising that we’re not always in control of our own fate, and about admitting our mistakes and fears. They’re about finding some semblance of peace within the chaos.”
The band are back in the UK this November to tour the UK.
