Milk Teeth are back, and they’ve brought a brand new banger with them.
The band’s first properly meaty slice of new material since last year’s brilliant debut album ‘Vile Child’, the four piece are set to drop a new EP ‘Be Nice’ this July. They’re previewing it with new track ‘Owning Your Okayness’, which received a first play on the BBC Radio 1 Rock Show last night. You can check it out below.
‘Be Nice’ will be the first Milk Teeth release on new label Roadrunner, which means they’re now label mates with Creeper and Slipknot.
Speaking to our chums at Upset, vocalist Becky enthused: “It’s huge. Absolutely huge. When the offer came in, all that was going through my head was ‘we could be on the same label as Slipknot’. I started listening to them in year 6. If you told ten year old me that a decade and a bit later, I’d be on the same label as them, I’d have told you to fuck off. What are you talking about?
“It meant so much to all of us that they even offered, that they see a potential in us. It’s exciting ‘cos they definitely have what hopefully could become the next generation of rock music for kids nowadays like Slipknot was for my age group and our band.”
