MØ has had to postpone her upcoming UK headline tour.
The Danish superstar was primed to head over to these fair isles for her biggest headline run to date (including a huge night at London’s Brixton Academy) but has now had to push back these dates to early 2018.
Explaining the move on Facebook, MØ detailed how work on new songs and getting the show just right has forced her hand.
All summer I’ve been working to finish songs and to get the new show up and running, but the truth is I didn’t manage to get it all finished in time and the new show just isn’t quite ready yet. I wanna give you guys the best show possible and to do so have decided it’s best to reschedule my UK shows for early next year. There is a lot of new music coming in the meantime though, and I am so excited for you to hear it! I’m so so sorry for the wait and I really hope to see you all at the new dates!! Lots of love and apologies.
The rescheduled dates now kick off on March 26th in Dublin, before calling into Belfast, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, London and Norwich before rounding things out in Bristol on April 7th. We’ll be there screaming our lungs out to those new bangers, we can assure you.
All original tickets remain valid, with the full run of dates looking like:
