Good Friday? Why, it’s a bloody brilliant Friday – with MØ unveiling a shimmering new track in the form of ‘Nostalgia’.
Built over calypso beats and the sort of mesmerising beat that has you shaking and looking up at the stars in no time, it’s yet another sizzling cut from the Danish superstar – who in the past three years has released an arsenal of bangers that should have you calling the UN Security Council to be fair (we’re looking at you ‘Kamikaze’, ‘Final Song’, ‘Drum’, ‘Nights With You’)
The track comes with an intimate video to boot, pulled together by MØ’s parents and featuring snaps from throughout MØ’s childhood. It’s all really nice to be honest.
This week sees MØ kick off her biggest UK headline tour to date, rolling into Birmingham tonight (March 30th) before heading to Glasgow, Norwich and Bristol – with a mammoth date at London’s Brixton Academy sandwiched in-between. So if you didn’t know that MØ is taking over, you should definitely get down to a show and witness it for yourself.
We’ll be there throwing shapes all over the place, but until then – check out ‘Nostalgia’ below
