Fresh off the back of the unveiling of his collab with Christine and the Queens, Mura Masa is letting us in on another of his all star team ups, this time with Damon Albarn.
With a self-titled debut album set to arrive next month featuring other collaborations with the likes of A$AP Rocky and Charli XCX, you can check out ‘Blu’ below.
Debuted on Beats 1, Mura Masa explained how he originally met up with Albarn to discuss working on the new Gorillaz album ‘Humanz’. After swapping around demo material, though, Damon decided he’d rather be part of ‘Blu’.
“I’ve managed to get Damon Albarn to sing a love song to my girlfriend,” Mura Masa explained. “Isn’t this the best present you could ever give someone?”
