Muse have shared a video teaser from inside the studio

Their new album could be out before the end of the year.

Muse frontman Matt Bellamy has posted a behind-the-scenes video snippet online.

The clip shows Dom Howard recording some “tribal” drums from inside a studio, suggesting the group may be making progress on their next album.

The band have previously revealed that they’ve “seven or eight songs in the bag” for the record, in addition to surprise singles ‘Dig Down‘ and ‘Thought Contagion‘.

So it can’t be too far off, right?

The group’s most recent album, ‘Drones’, was released in 2015. You can catch the band at Rock am Ring, Rock im Park, Bonnaroo and Rock in Rio over the summer.
