Mutual Benefit is touring the UK in October and November

The autumn run has shows all over the place.

Mutual Benefit is hitting the road later this year in support of new album, ‘Thunder Follows The Light’.

The full-length is due on 21st September via Transgressive, with the tour kicking off a month later featuring dates in Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, London, Bristol, Glasgow and more.

He’s also shared a couple of new “live films” for teasers ‘Storm Cellar Heart’ and ‘New History’, which feature Johanne Swanson, Eva Goodman, Molly Fletcher, Gabriel Birnbaum and Emily Reo.

“I wanted to make a stripped-down video that captured the essence of the band,” he explains. “Having a bunch of friends over for dinner and then recording music together seemed like a good way to achieve that.

“Everyone performing has an inspiring solo project well worth checking out so I was elated that they could all join me to make these songs come alive. Hopefully the warmth of the moment comes across and not just the heat of our sweltering apartment.”
