Sheep! You have to mention sheep when you mention Latitude. It’s like festival law or something. Other things you have to mention include a Really Rather Good line-up, which is getting even better today with a new batch of additions.
The latest bunch of names is led by a bunch of favourites, including Soulwax, Gold Panda, DMA’s, SOPHIE, Danny L Harle, Frances, HANA, The Magic Gang, Kero Kero Bonito and Skinny Girl Diet.
There’s also room for Augustines, Steve Mason, Emmy The Great, Lonely The Brave, Clean Cut Kid, The Invisible, Barns Courtney, Kagoule and Three Trapped Tigers, amongst others.
It’s not all music though. There are new additions across the various strands of the festival, including Adam Boxton in coversation with Louis Theroux in the Film & Music Arena.
Latitude takes place between 14th and 17th July in Henham Park, Southwold. With a line-up including The Maccabees, The National, New Order, Chvrches, M83, Courtney Barnett, Grimes, Father John Misty and more, tickets are on sale now.
