Our Girl have dropped a brand new track – ‘I Really Like It’ – and yes, it does rather write its own reviews, now you mention it.
Speaking about the single, the band’s Soph Nathan explains: It’s one of our newest songs. I was initially quite nervous to share it because it feels quite different to the others. I’d never written about love in this way before. It has the inevitable moments of craziness and longing that can come with falling in love, but mainly it’s just a really happy song.”
Following up on previous banger and band title-track ‘Our Girl’, the two tracks form the first tasters of a debut abum, recording on which began last September with Bill Ryder-Jones.
