This year’s list of releases for Record Store Day have been revealed.
There are over 500 different items exclusively available via independent retailers on Saturday 22nd April, as the event marks its 10th birthday.
Included is new music from The War on Drugs, a pretty snazzy looking gold vinyl reissue of The Cribs’ ‘Men’s Needs, Women’s Needs, Whatever’, and Toto’s ‘Africa’ on a continent shaped picture disc.
Essential.
To mark a decade, there are a whole squad of “official champions” of the event this year, including Slaves, Anton Newcombe (Brian Jonestown Massacre), Kate Tempest, Kate Nash and Izzy Bizu.
