It’s getting on for exactly a year since Paramore dropped their most recent album, ‘After Laughter’.
Marking a new sound and outlook for the band, it’s been a transformative period, marking them as one of the most important, empowering bands on the planet. It’s also packed with bangers.
Last night (1st May), the trio – with their live back up in tow – appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to perform standout cut ‘Rose-Colored Boy’. With a stage set up that echoes back to the retro-tastic video for the track, it’s half pop powerhouse, half angular, Talking Heads-esque art show.

What a band.
