Reading & Leeds are set to hold a special Main Stage tribute to Viola Beach this weekend.
The festival is teaming up with BBC Music Introducing to pay tribute to the Warrington band and their manager Craig Tarry, who died earlier this year. The band had previously played the BBC Introducing Stage at the festival.
A post on the Reading website reads: “We will be dedicating a moment on the Main Stage to the ‘boys that sing’, whose lives were tragically cut short. Join us in celebrating their memory at Leeds on Friday at 17:35 and Sunday 18:05 at Reading.”
Reading & Leeds 2016 takes place between Friday 26th and Sunday 28th August.
