Sam Fender advises us to ‘Leave Fast’ on his latest track

It’s “an archetypal song about growing up in a small town”, apparently.

Sam Fender is back with a brand new track, ‘Leave Fast’.

Coming ahead of a summer full of festival fun, this latest cut is a more reflective ode to escaping the small town mentality.

It comes with a video shot on 16mm film, following Sam round his hometown. Art.

“Leave Fast is an archetypal song about growing up in a small town, and the frustrations that are often felt by those who feel trapped within them<“ Sam, explains. “It’s very much a song about living in the UK right now, too.” Sam Feder has ‘quite a lot on’ over the next few months, including appearances at TRNSMT, Community, Barn on the Farm, Latitude, Citadel, Standon Calling, Kendal Calling, Y Not, Boardmasters, Reading and Leeds festivals.
