Slow Club return with new track ‘Ancient Rolling Sea’

Slow Club have debuted a new track, taken from a forthcoming new album set for release later this year.

Titled ‘Ancient Rolling Sea’, the song is produced by Matthew E. White and provides the first taster of the follow up to 2014’s ‘Complete Surrender’.

“This song felt as though it just did not want to arrive for a long long time,” explains the band’s Charles Watson. “I worked on the music for the whole time we were writing, and the words just landed at the last minute. With the approach I took on lyrics I wanted it to be more conversational. I wanted it to be direct, as if it were being whispered in your ear.”

Charles. Stop whispering in our ear. It’s creepy mate.
