If we were betting types, we’d think Josh Homme has pretty much confirmed Queens of the Stone Age for Reading & Leeds.
During an appearance on BBC 6Music yesterday morning (24th August), DJ Lauren Laverne asked if Homme had a response to fans asking about an appearance at the festivals.
“Oh wow, would we do that?” he answered. “Why would we do that? It’s so far. Is it far from here?”
Homme followed it up by informing fans the band had other plans – a birthday party for Gary, who would be seven. Apparently he lives in Reading.
So, y’know. Expect to see Queens of the Stone Age at a festival near you very, very soon.
