Stop what you’re doing and listen to Strictly’s Anton Du Beke cover Arctic Monkeys

Can you guess what song it is?

Anton Du Beke is capitalising on the pre-Christmas Strictly Come Dancing jazz-hands mania by releasing his own album.

So far so normal, right?

Well, alongside the likes of ‘Putting on the Ritz’, ‘Moon River’ and ‘Fly Me To The Moon’, his list of covers includes an indie classic: Arctic Monkeys’ ‘I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor’.

And it’s online now – check it out below.

“I’ve been singing for almost as long as I’ve been dancing,” says Anton. “I’ve sung at my dance shows and I’ve sung on Strictly but I never believed I would finally get the chance to make an album.”

‘From The Top’ will be released later this week, on Friday 24th November via Polydor.
